Dr. Fadia Nordtveit, the Founder of collaborative.ly, created the Inclusive Business Model Canvas (IBMC). IBMC is a tool that helps organizations build foundations on the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and impact. IBMC was created after years of research and prototyping in an academic and industry setting that works with organizations to re-prioritise and re-calibrate their structures to meet diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) goals. IBMC is a tool, methodology and framework that can be used to evaluate whole organizations, processes or outputs.
Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) is an assessment tool that helps companies develop their intercultural competency. The application of the (IDI®) facilitates personal growth, insight and collective change in ways that improve individual and collective intercultural competence and outcomes in businesses and organizations. We work with you using IDI as a tool to develop your company's intercultural competency.
