IBMC was created after years of research and prototyping in an academic and industry setting that works with organizations to re-prioritise and re-calibrate their structures to meet diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) goals. IBMC is a tool, methodology and framework that can be used to evaluate whole organizations, processes or outputs.

Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) is an assessment tool that helps companies develop their intercultural competency. The application of the (IDI®) facilitates personal growth, insight and collective change in ways that improve individual and collective intercultural competence and outcomes in businesses and organizations.
